Norwalk: Rachael Sage to Support Howard Jones in Norwalk at the Wall Street Theatre on 2/15
MPress Records‘ award-winning singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Rachael Sage will perform in Norwalk at the Wall Street Theatre on Tuesday, February 15th. Sage will resume supporting British artist Howard Jones (8 million + albums sold and whose hits include “What Is Love” and “Like To Get To Know You Well”), as their national tour was cut short in 2020 due to the onset of Covid. Showtime is at 8:00.
The 6-time Independent Music Awards winner will perform songs from her recent Billboard Charting album Character, along with select pieces across her repertoire of 14 albums and her new collaborative side-project,Poetica. Rachael will be joined by Kelly Halloran on violin (Michael Franti, Tom Morello).
Poetica has recently released several tracks and videos, including “Thanksgiving” and the brand new “Sleep When I’m Tired”, all of which have been met with international acclaim. Sage is currently in the studio recording her next solo album, with a newsingle, “Revelation Ground”, coming out February 18th.
Rachael has played thousands of shows around the globe and shared stages with artists as diverse as Judy Collins, Eric Burdon, and Ani DiFranco.
